The "Drop in" project starts every Tuesday at 17.00hrs.
✔️ Distribute 400 to 500 sets of food to those in need and the ones who are at risks of becoming homeless. At least 80% of those who receive food are put in the group of those in need, while the remaining 20% are at risk of becoming part of the group.
✔️ Every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month, we work on the field and provide on-site counseling.
In addition to food sharing activities, the "Drop in" project includes activities such as on-site surveys and counseling on welfare issues, physical and mental health problems, as well as providing job opportunities for the homeless in public areas.
⭐️ This project is done in collaboration with related government agencies:
- Department of Social Development, Bangkok, providing on-site counseling and directly addressing issues faced by homelessness.
- Social Welfare and Human Security Ministry, working with foundations to provide advice and counseling on basic rights and welfare, and creating job opportunities for the homeless.
- Public Health Agencies providing counseling and healthcare services.
- Street Health Doctor Teams providing basic healthcare on-site.
- Rotating volunteer teams working together to improve society.
This is all part of the "Drop in" project's efforts to be a space of giving every Tuesday.
