There is no way to identify which group or person did it because everyone uses the public space together.
Today, the ones who are stigmatized helped cleaning and is willing to take care of the public spaces in order to live together.

The homeless worked alongside with the Phra Nakhon District officials to create change by cleaning the public area. This activity allows the elderly homeless or the unemployed to work on and taking care of the area where they live at.
Arranged by Issarachon Foundation with the Phra Nakhon District Office at Trok Sakae Alley (next to the Royal Rattanakosin Hotel ).
